At Cadence Conservatory, we are passionate about curating your ideal musical experience and helping you form into the musician you'd like to be! Whether you're a hobbyist, new learner, or want to pursue music at a professional level, we are here for you! Cadence Conservatory is founded by classical guitarist Céili Connors, a Boston-based educator and alumna of the New England Conservatory. With more than fifteen years of teaching experience and a background in arts administration and nonprofit work, she brings a deep commitment to community building and accessible music education to the Brighton neighborhood. Through Cadence Conservatory, she hopes to create a welcoming hub for musicians and music lovers alike, and a place where community, artistry, and education come together in the heart of Brighton.
We are a new music school currently in its infancy and opening our first location in January 2026!

Ceili has been my classical guitar teacher since March of 2021,and she took the utmost care in making lessons useful for me. I've grown more through Ceili in guitar over the last two years than I ever had over my 3 self-taught years.
If you want to focus on Spanish, modern, or even pop guitar, Ceili is the teacher to go to. Absolutely amazing!

My daughter has been taking guitar from Ceili for 3 years. Ceili has been super responsive to my (now-13yo) daughter's strengths, weaknesses, preferences, and interests. She's warm, sensitive, dynamic, and flexible, and finds intuitive ways to explain musical concepts. She's incorporated a lot of reading and music theory into lessons, which has notably boosted my daughter's musical skills more generally. Very highly recommend!

I've been studying classical guitar with Ceili for 5 years. She helped me find a beautiful guitar - my most precious possession. Whenever I propose some crazy piece to work on, she's "OK, here's a way you could start on that project". Her guidance through the music literature is excellent. I have progressed so much while working with her, it's quite wonderful! My lessons feel more like collaborating with a coworker than being directed by a teacher. My session with Ceili is a high point of my week!
